Actor Brett Gray first appeared on Hollywood’s radar when he was cast as teen Jamal Turner in the inner-city coming-of-age “On My Block” (Netflix, 2018- ). Born in Philadelphia, PA, Gray attended his hometown’s High School for the Creative and Performing Arts and made his screen debut starring opposite Deon Frank in “Tortoise” (2015), a short story about friendship.
